In the field of thermal treatments, the forging furnace must be equipped with combustion equipment that allows the very rapid heating of a complex-shaded load.
This heating must be homogeneous, rapid, under controlled atmosphere if necessary and must allow the homogeneous heating of a set of complex pieces.
The use of the FIB premix and of the high-convection heating help ensuring such a heating.
So has FIB supplied and equipped several forging furnaces with its premix combustion equipment and with the CONSTAN mixer.
The CONSTAN mixer is ensuring, for several burners at the same time, a constancy of the atmosphere in the furnace, whatever the speed of the burners.

In the field of stoves for some particular techniques, FIB Belgium has equipped a rackets manufacturer for the drying of wooden rackets.
In the field of aeronautics, FIB Belgium has equipped SONACA with a stove for the polymerization of glue that is used in the manufacture of the attack sides for the wings of the AIRBUS planes and American F16 military planes.

In the field of the manufacture of electrode wires, FIB has also produced some stoves that allow the drying of the electrode. So has the company Soudométal/Soudokay been equipped with an FIB stove allowing the controlled drying of the electrodes coatings.
