The stress relieving of a beadwire wire is guided by complex
processes of diffusion of the dislocations.
This is a process in which the evolution of the breaking load,
of the torsion and of the elongation of the wire are linked and in which the
stability of the process temperature is absolutely requested in order to obtain
some mechanical characteristics that are reproducible and stable.
This temperature stability is all the more significant since
the treated wires are particularly thin and therefore rapidly react to any modification
in temperature.
The FIB equipments are precisely designed on the basis of this
strict control of the temperature stability.
It is now up to you to discover them!
