Each
element of the FIB bell furnace has been optimized.
A stable basis for repeated cycles, corrugated atmosphere bells
containing a cylinder for the guiding of protective gas, a hydraulic clamping
system and a high-performance fan for the circulation of atmosphere are completing
the equipment.
The furnace and its heating regulation ensure a perfect control
of the load temperature during the whole cycle.
Lastly, a particular care has been brought to safety as in
the case of hydrogen furnaces, all the FIB sequences have been validated by
the TÜV (Technischer Überwachungsverein).
