In the different zones of the furnace, we can thus have optimised settings enabling us to obtain the atmosphere required by the wire, by combustion of the air-gas mixture.
This obviously assumes that the burners are operating optimally.
In order to check that the burners are functioning correctly and constantly in an area, it may be necessary to install combustion control devices.
The furnaces may or may not be fitted with electric ignition devices and electronic flame detection systems.
