Both
the stability of the wires creating eventual lumps and the right positioning
of the wires when nitrogen wiping for instance are applied are key elements
into the liability of quality related to galvanized products.. The problematic
of the strength of the dipping skids, particularly in the galvanising bath,
is a critical point since the good strength of the skid determines the occupation
time of the galvanising line.
Indeed, if this element suddenly broke off for various reasons
(mechanical reasons as well as thermo-mechanical ones), the whole line would
irremediably stop and an intervention of the maintenance service would be required.
In that frame, FIB has developed special liable technologies regarding the guiding
of wires in galvanizing pans including skids that can resist to thermal shocks.
Advantages :
-
Perfect stability of the wires
-
No vibration
-
Suitable for nitrogen wiping technology
-
Technology available for material
resistant to thermal shocks
