The
stability of temperature in such type of equipment heated with gas or electricity
is a point that has been carefully studied in the design of the bath.
In order to reach this aim, a particular control system of
temperature has been developed. Indeed, this is a significant point in order
to guarantee the stability of the mechanical characteristics of the wires coming
out of the bath, all the more so since thin wires are rapidly reacting to any
change in temperature.
Bricked up and isolated before shipment, just like the austenitizing
furnace and the lead quenching, the furnace is made up of sections, which is
allowing a possible extension of the bath at minimum costs should the customer
have to increase its production capacity while adapting the speed of the wires
in the future! This is a not negligible advantage for any careful investor!
