Often
underrated by wire producers, the tubes furnaces heated with gas have the big
advantage of using a low-cost energy source compared to electricity.
Using our original premix technique allowing the keeping of
a constant air/gas ratio whatever the power of the burner, the combustion system
is giving the possibility to keep at any moment the stoichiometry or a slightly
oxidant atmosphere.
The absence of flame at the burners makes it possible to avoid
any contact between the flame and the tubes while maintaining the heating source
close to the burners. Furthermore, thanks to the control of the atmosphere,
an accelerated aging of the tubes through flaking or through the contact with
an atmosphere of inappropriate burnt gases can be avoided.
The high convection (120 m/s) of the gases coming out of the
burners is leading to a significant stirring of the tubes by the combustion
fumes, what is allowing an homogeneous heating of the whole tubes field.
Advantages:
-
Low energy costs compared to electricity
-
Applicable for furnaces having
high widths
-
No flame in contact with the burners
-
Very high convection around the
tubes
-
Air/gas ratio kept constant whatever the
power of the burners
-
Modulation of the burners from the minimum
to the maximum with all the intermediate power positions
