The
oil quenching is of course a critical step !
Some people want to get a bright wire after the quenching, other people wish
to have a black wire.
Anyway this operation has to be quick and has to allow the achieving of an homogeneous
structure of the wire.
Our absolutely unique technology of turbulent circulation of
the quenching environment has showed its efficiency for diameters from 0.3 to
25 mm !
As they are designed for allowing an easy threading-up of the wires, combined
if necessary with a sleve allowing to maintain the brightness of the wires,
our quenching baths are particularly appreciated for their simplicity regarding
the maintenance.
