Austenitizing furnace

The FIB austenitizing furnace is ensuring an extremely rapid heating of the wires covering a very wide range of diameters (from 0,8 up to 25 mm). Its original combustion system is allowing a significant convection, ensuring in this way a rapid and full dissolution of carbides as well as a unique atmosphere stability in a very wide production range and for the most critical products from a metallurgical point of view.

If the customer wishes to increase his production, the design of the furnace in sections makes it possible, on the basis of an existing furnace, to increase its capacity by adding further sections. The technology that is consisting in the supply to the customer of sections isolated in our workshop is allowing a considerable time saving on site and is highly reducing the investment costs for our customers.

- Allows a perfect homogeneous heating of large wire fields
- Diameter range: from 0,8 mm up to 18 mm
- Perfect control of the atmosphere all along the production range thanks to our original PREMIXED combustion equipment
- Air/gas ratio of the burners independent from the production
- One tuning of air gas ratio set point per zone
