reputation among big producers. The FIB lead bath has evolved year after year
and has been adapted in order to meet the requirements of patenting at high
temperature as requested for the production of "High Tensile" tire
cord as well as the pressure of the strict respect of the polluted emissions
that is frequently required by wire drawers.
Thanks to a system of hood, to lead circulation pumps at high
temperature and to a technique for elaborating materials that are specific to
the requirements of the patenting temperatures, FIB has supplied more than 150
tanks throughout the world !
The wire drawers working with big wires have not been forgotten
as FIB has developed some years ago a patenting system for big wires (25 mm
diameter) based on the overflow of lead and the passage of wires without inflexion.
