Among all the designs of galfanizing hearths, the metallic
tank is showing very significant assets compared to its ceramic equivalents.
Indeed, the heating system that is made by circulation at high
speed of the fumes coming from a special combustion chamber located at the head
of the tank (see "read more") is allowing to minimize the functioning
costs of the line.
The original premix heating system is avoiding the formation
of hot spots as it is allowing the formation of hot fumes at a well-determined
temperature and with short flame, combined with the forced circulation system
of fumes around the lateral walls of the tank.
The accessibility to the wire field in such type of tank is
very easy and is therefore offering the possibility to work either with very
big wire diameters with which the accessibility to the wires is significant,
or with lines at high speed containing a huge number of wires and where the
accessibility of the wires at the exit of the zinc hearth is essential for the
zinc wiping operations.
The metallic galfanizing bath that has been adopted in Europe
by most of the galvanizers is having an economic heating system and a user-friendly
system regarding the ergonomy !
And lastly, the only solution that is industrially reliable
in case of electric heating, i.e. the metallic hearth, is also responding to
the requests of customers by which gas is failing.
Advantages :

circulating at high velocity
(22 m/s)
-
Homogeneous heating of the surface
-
High thermal efficiency
-
Multigas combustion equipment
-
Heating possible by electricity
-
Original control of temperature in order to
have a very high stability of the temperature
