The production of wires with low zinc coating is requiring the obtaining of bright wires with very low zinc coating. This type of wire is then wiped in a system with press comprising some "Asbestos free" wiping pads in ceramic fibre. As the system is also integrating a zinc cooling system which is in direct contact with the pads, it is allowing the obtaining of a zinc coating that is corresponding to the commercial standards, while getting a remarkable shiny surface of the wire.

Lastly, the wiping pads being a piece of wear, FIB can also supply you with some "Asbestos free" pads at a very attractive price.
