High Carbon Wire Line | Special coated metallic zinc-aluminium bath
Back to overviewIntroduction
As soon as the galvanized wire production level has reached its threshold, our solution of cladded bath allows to assure an easy access to the wire field along with a limitation of floating dross.
That technique remains however limited to the exploitation of a 95% Zn-5% Al exploitation.
Your wins
- Homogenous temperature through the whole wire field.
- Easy access to the wire field to get familiarized with that type of production
Advantages
- Well-tried solution allowing to get small wire production (95 % Zn 5 % Al) in total conformity with the market's standards.
- Material particularly resistant to zinc-aluminum alloy corrosion.
- After mixing heating treatment allowing an optimized air-gas connection.
- Easy access to the wire at both sides of the wire field.
- Compact installation
