Introduction

Much more than a bath, the FIB Tornado surface treatment equipment is made to make your job easy.That unit is ensuring simultaneously the cleaning of the lubricants residues, the preparation of the surface wire condition as well as the limitation of dross forming into the galvanizing bath downstream.

The preparation of the surface treatment is a decisive stage. The implementation will rely on chemical reactive, environmental aspects and also the operating costs are essential. FIB has developed a surface treatment unit allowing a limit of costs in the operation and maintenance by preserving ergonomics and maximal comfort for your operators. The name «Tornado» is linked to the implementation of the chemical reactive’s activity mode that is particularly efficient allowing to work at low temperature.

Working at low temperature, the equipment is specially designed to avoid heating costs related to the use of HCl pickling liquors.Combined with a special device for washing cracked soaps at the entrance, it avoids the accumulation of sludge into the acid. It allows also avoiding the formation of corrosive vapours in your building at the entrance thanks to its entire encapsulation.
