Our oil tempering line covers segments going from wire for card wires to allied wire of 25 mm (wires for suspension springs for the TGV rows).

A particular care is given to our muffle tubes furnaces to allow an easy replacement of the tubes.

Our oil tempering assures the fastest cooling possible, giving a perfectly homogeneous metallic structure on the whole wire field as in the wire's core.

Finally, thanks to the particular electronic control, our tempering units allow an extremely precise temperatures process control.
